Diabetes Mellitus?: The list of symptoms can be interpreted as being consistent with a couple of different types of problems given the fact you also suffer from obesity and MAY have sleep apnea. But, I think what I would be most concerned with DIABETES MELLITUS as well as SLEEP APNEA. An appointment to discuss your case would be awesome. Go to www.healthtap.com/dr-saghafi & send an ECONSULT or make an appointment.

There's been a change in the format of setting up telemedicine visits over the past few weeks on HealthTap. Instead of going to the URL I directed you to use above please call CUSTOMER SUPPORT at 650-376-6110 to schedule a LIVE consultation if you'd care to discuss your question in more detail. Cheers!.

Possible infection.: Many things can cause dysuria, which is a pain or burning sensation during voiding. A common cause is infection: infections such as gonnorrhea or chalmydia, or urinary tract infections caused by e. Coli and others. Other causes: chemical irritation from soaps, lotions, or spermicide; vigorous sex, masturbation, & ejaculation. Seek evaluation: urine testing can reveal the diagnosis.

Painful urination: Pain during urination might be due to infection in the urethra. It is best to be evaluated by a urologist who can determine the extent of the problem and treat accordingly. In the mean time, drink plenty of fluids to dilute the urine.
