Sit back and: Try to figure out how that mistake could have happened. There usually is a chain of events in which the error could have been prevented at more than one place in the chain. Five-month olds generally do not get nasal sprays other than occasionally saline (salt water). The steroid nasal spray should not look like the saline spray... but one or two sprays in a baby should not cause noticeable harm.
