72yrs has ckd, creatinin was 1.9 2-3years then rised to 3.9. after 10dys intravenous hydratation fell to 2.3. after 2 weeks raised to 3.6. did illness progress or can it still be dehydratation since patient takes 1/2 edimid (strong) diurethic?
