What RU using?: What do you use for anti-coagulation? Heparin? There is a condition called hit: Heparin induced low platelet count that can induce blood clot formation a severe condition. If using coumadin, (warfarin) prodaxa u may be overdosed. Highly suggest seing asap a hematologist! why are you anticoagulated in the first place at age 40? Had dvt, pe?
