Back pain: is there fever? is it on the right or left ? Able to eat? May be kidney stone, or constipation rarely unusual presentation of appendicitis- if on the right. Could be related to pancreas as well or stomach ( I have seen GERD / H pylori present as back pain) , rarely aneurysm. Would follow up with MD/ urgent care today.
