my child of 9 years has rush on the fingers, what can i use to clear it?

Hard to say: If localized only to the fingers we think of factors that would put it there, like contact with a chemical/plant/etc. A mild otc steroid cream might help.. Much of rash assessment is visual, so since I can't see it and we can't view it on the public site I must leave it a puzzle.
