Vertigo: it appears you may have what is known as vertigo. May be idiopathic- benign positional vertigo -no known reason or due to Lyme or I have seen it with elevated herpes I titers ( if you have had cold sores), on rare occasionally may be due to vertebrobasilar insufficiency( usually associated with visual symptoms) Follow up with MD/ urgent care/ neurology. Usually meclizine is given dizziness tx
