Mood: You are on the right track to notice that your emotions and behavior are less than you would like them to be. You need an objective person to help, a clinical psychologist or prudent spiritual leader. Diet and exercise may play a role for you also. Low self esteem is a possibility, and the need to rest. Much of what we argue over is not worth it. We need to choose our battles. Peace&health.
