A member asked:

Hi i got a 2 month old baby.. her poo in last 3 days turn dark greenish from being normal yellowish? she doesn't poo very frequently maybe 2 or 3 time

Within normal limits: The color of stool is based on conversion of the ultra green bile that gradually changes through yellows to browns after germ action in the gut. More green than yellow or brown suggests things are moving through faster. A 2 mo BF baby can poop every feed or 1X/wk & be normal. If it is soft when they go it is not constipation.
