My 3 mo. old has had yellow brown stools about 4-5times a day for the last 3-4 days different from his 1x to evey other day green poop. is this normal?

Stools are OK: This can be normal. If you have changed what he/she is eating, then you will see a change in the frequency and color of the stool. If the baby is acting well, i wouldn't necessarily do anything different. If the baby is acting ill, then the increased frequency may be a symptom of the illness. The color isn't significant. If the baby is acting ill, and not eating well, he needs to see his doc.
