I would like to know if i require hospital admission. i am concerned that i have a kidney infection, been vomiting and feeling nauseous continuously. i am experiencing back pain and general tiredness. due to pain i cant lie still for long periods?

You might: You definitely need to be evaluated promptly, but asking the wrong question. Work up will be done, to include imaging and you might be right about having a kidney infection. The decision about staying or not in the hospital will be made by the medical team assessing your symptoms and efforts will be made towards having you treated as outpatient. If not possible, then you will likely be admitted.
