are there any tips for healthier eating/prostate cancer?

No Animal fat-diet: Avoid animal fats by cutting out full fat milk and milk products and no red/animal meats. Exercise daily for 30-45 minutes and eat lots of vegetables(tomattoes especially)and fresh fruits with each meal. Keep your weight in the healthy range. Allof these efforts could help reduce the risk of cancer.
