Some basics: The gas you pass is a combination of air you swallow & what is created by gut germs when they digest residual nutrients . Some foods like the milk sugar lactose in not digested by ~1/4 of the population & means more gas for some unless it is avoided. Other foods contribute varying amount to the issue. A food diary may help you find your triggers. Probiotics can change the gut germs.
