Avoid gassy foods: Most intestinal gas is produced by bacteria that break down our food. Foods that contain undigestible fiber or carbs (including many fruits & vegetables) will increase gas. Avoid sweets, flour, doughy foods, bread, pasta, chips, creamy &dairy products. Activated charcoal caplets is one way to help temporarily. Some patients have more specific problems & should consider checking with a physician.
