I just started methylprednisone today. can i take vyanse while im taking the methylprednisone or should i stop the vyvanse during the 6-day cycle?

Not likely a problem: A small percentage of patients get stimulated when taking methylprednisolone and might even have problems sleeping as a result. I am not aware of any untoward interaction with Vyvanse and in general Vyvanse when indicated and taken appropriately paradoxically helps brains from being overactive. Indeed, for some patients with significant ADD, stimulants can even improve sleep.
