Not many choices: When a person says I have an armpit boil, she usually means something 10mm or wider... which we recommend be examined by a doctor (may need to be opened up). However, a "boil" means different things to different people. For example, facial pimples are similar to tiny armpit boils... which means acne medicine like Benzoyl Peroxide may work on a few 1mm-5mm sized armpit pimples.
