Like a cauliflower?: Skin bumps that look like a tiny cauliflower (coliflor, choufleur) may be warts. Warts are caused by HPV viruses and can be removed after diagnosis. If one's primary care provider does not routinely treat skin warts and genital warts, a local dermatologist can take care of the problem. A sore gland (if it's a lymph node) needs an exam to find a cause... one's primary care doctor can do that.
