Ast is 133, alt is 39, ggt is 88. i am experiencing pain at/below right ribs since last 3 months. ultrasound showed no abnormality except intraheptic bilary ducts dilation and minimal hydronephrosis which resolved. pls diagnose cause for ast levels ?

AST: Possible causes for elevated AST include the following: Alcohol, hemolytic anemia, anorexia, inflammatory bowel disease, celiac disease, drugs, dermatomyositis, liver disease, pancreatitis, Poly arteritis nodosa, renal infarct, hepatic tumor.
