How does ursodiol help duodenogastric bile reflux? i dont understand. if its back flowing where it doesnt belong, how would this med that promotes bile flow help?

Not sure: Ursodiol is a naturally occuring bile acid. The medication is indicated for gallstone dissolution and primary billiary cirrhosis.
