Ejaculation: Please continue to see your urologist or primary care doctor who will tell you what activities you can do and when. Vasectomy does not eliminate ejacualtion, only the sperm in the semen, which can produce a conception. The fluid you see is largely from the prostate. A reversal allows the sperm to flow again.
