IUI: You may want to consider something called IUI, or intrauterine insemination. He could ejaculate through masturbation, and then that would be directly injected into the uterus. You can talk to your OBGYN about this.

A few ideas: I'm going to assume that you find one another attractive, and that you are physically compatible.
