Taking septra and using bactroban on impetigo. its not crusted looks like pink, light brown peeled skin. do they still need to covered with bandages?

No need to cover: You are being treated with Antibiotics for Impetigo and unless there is drainage you dont need to cover the lesions and they will eventually dry and scabs will fall
