My newborn currently struggling to pass stool changed his milk to similac but his still has that problem but when it does come out it's runny and not hard i have already changed his milk three times now please advise what can i do?

Expectations: A normal newborn will commonly fuss to generate the power (with the breathing muscle) needed to push poop along since their belly muscles are so weak. That improves with age (months) but any kid with soft stools is not constipated. Your kid is likely just a normal & the milk changes a waste of time.
