Good evening. i want to know what i should do. i have had severe abdominal pain since friday. pain killers ease the pain but not for long. if i lay still in one spot the pain subsides.

Severe means the ER: Many things are in the abdomen: stomach, pancreas, liver, small and large intestines, gall bladder, appendix, abdominal muscles, kidneys, etc... An exam by an ER doctor can help diagnose it. Pain in the right upper abdomen can be due to gallstones, pancreatitis, stomach ulcers, etc... Right lower pain may be appendicitis. Stomach flu, food poisoning, other infections, etc., can also cause pain.
