No: Having a lot of cramps (except for just mild, occasional symptoms) sounds abnormal for 5-month-old, 5-year-old, or 50-year-old. People just aren't normal if they have "a lot of cramps." First, cramps mean different things to different people. Without details or a short video, we cannot be sure what a parent means by a child's "cramps." The pediatrician can get the details and do an exam.
