LBP abnormal gait: Would go to ER/ MD. You need imaging like MRI to see if a disc is herniated and insure no fracture of vertebrea or CT abdomen /pelvis to check other organs. They can give medication like Motrin like products if not allergic to ease the pain and swelling and steroids. But the pain can also be from ovaries, uterus, colon, appendix and or kidneys so you need an evaluation. Go to ER today.
