I've been suffering from mild headaches and a constant cold that doesn't seem to go away.what could be the cause of this.the headaches get severe sometimes and i've also been feeling sluggish and tired?

H/A cold: May be allergies/irritants fumes with sinus irritation./ sinusitis. Could try over the counter antihistamines like zyrtec but would also follow up with MD or urgent care in case there is bacterial sinusitis that warrants antibiotics and allergist to assess allergens . Sometimes gastric reflux causes allergy like symptoms could try ranitidine and elevate head of bed during sleep. .
