Hi there. i have a rash all over my face. i have just come back from a vacation in kzn. could this be a heat rash? my skin is dry and burns when i wash it.

Unlikely: Your rash sounds like a dermatitis of some kind - differential diagnosis includes contact dermatitis, food allergy, hypersensitivity reaction, inflammatory processes... I suggest an allergist, but time, gentle emollients, topical low potency steroids, and possibly elimination of the offending allergen(s) will relieve this condition

When I can warm or hot or when I exercise, I get stings (electrical needle like) all over my body, primarily head and back. I hope there is a cure for this, I think it might be heat rash? But there is no rash, just pain.
