I just found out i am pregnant by what week should i go for my first check up to see the baby and the heartbeat ?

Early pregnany ?'s: Best is to get an appointment with an OB physician as soon as you are sure of pregnancy. It may take some time to schedule the appointment, so when you are 6 weeks pregnant, the fetal heart can usually be detected, and this is generally plenty of time to receive testing and vitamin/nutritional advice.
