Is not feeling worthy or good enough a serious sign of social anxiety?

Depends: Feeling "unworthy or not good enough" in and of itself does not justify social anxiety. In fact, this symptom is one of many related to mood disorders (particularly depression) although can be a symptom in social anxiety if one is anxious about scrutiny. The key is to identify other symptoms that cluster with the feeling of unworthiness as well as how this symptom impacts one's behavior.

A Key Sign: Not feeling worthy/good enough can surface for many reasons. But yes, these do happen to be key signs of Social Anxiety Disorder. If you avoid social situations/social interactions, consult w/ an anxiety expert, like a psychologist who has training/experience helping those with soc anx. They can diagnose it & can help.
