I accidentally used nose spray in my baby's ear. i haven't slept in almost 2 days and i was really confused. do i have to worry about this? :(

Hard to guess: It would depend on what is in the nose spray, why the baby was needing a spray in an ear, how old the baby is, etc... If the nose spray was just nasal saline spray (saltwater), there should be no problem with spraying a little saline spray into an ear. Details matter.
