Miscarriage started on 9 september and evacuation was done on 18sep bleeding after the procedure lasted one day and then bleeding started again on 29sep and lasted for a day...could this be a menstrual period?

Very unlikely: It usually takes 4 to 6 weeks for your periods to return after a miscarriage, although it can take longer to settle into a regular cycle.
The length of time it takes will depend on how regular your periods were before your pregnancy.
