Low risk, not zero: If the condom contained semen (i.e. not dried), HIV might be transmitted if the previous user was infected. But the chance of that is very low. With unprotected vaginal sex with an HIV infected woman, the average transmission risk is around 1 in 2,500. Your risk would be a lot lower than that. But since you're worried, have an HIV test. The negative result will end all worry about it.
