None: As the saying goes, "You can't get something from nothing." Diseases like HIV are caused by viruses, which have to be acquired from somebody who has the virus already. That person need not have disease symptoms, but he must have the virus. Otherwise, how would his partner get the virus from him if he doesn't have any virus to share?
