I have a chest pain located right chest just passed where heart is located. it's been four days. it's hard to breathe fully and constant pain. ecg done 2 months back ni abnormality detected. am concerned and in pain.

Motrin/local heat: There may be inflammation of the rib cage, if pulmonary and cardiac conditions have been excluded. Localized heat and motrin may alleviate the pain. If the pain is severe or you are experiencing shortness of breath, please see the Emergency room.
