Myositis: I believe that the cold draft caused inflammation of your arm muscles. Arthrexin and ibuprofen are both in the same class of anti-inflammatory medications and should not be taken simultaneously. Arthrexin is more potent and I don't recommend taking it any longer as it can raise havoc with your stomach. The muscle inflammation should gradually improve. If not consult an orthopedic specialist.

Agree with Dr. C: Counteractive as it may seem, you should start exercising as tolerated. Exercise enough so that you sweat. Raising core body temperature will help your muscles become more supple and responsive. Have a healthy diet, exercise 30 minutes/day, drink plenty of water, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. For nutrition: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/.
