I have gone for xray for my both knee, because i was expiriecing internal pain, i'm an elevator mechanic and my job requires lots of standing and going up the stairs, the xray says i'm ok, but this pain is not going, especially on the right knee?

Knee pain: Simple xrays of the knee cannot diagnose pathology like tendinitis, ligament or cartilage damage or even certain types of arthritis. I recommend consulting an orthopedic specialist for evaluation,advice and treatment. An MRI of the knee may be advised.
