Blurred vision: Is it one eye or both? If one eye a vascular issue more likely. Blood glucose, electrolyte, fluids, thyroid, medications all possibilities causing blurred vision.

Blurred vision: I agree with Dr. H. Another possibility is migraine equivalent, which are episodes of vasospasm, even without headache. Glaucoma is also a consideration. Consult an ophthalmologist for examination and advice.
