took chateal five days before my period...time came cramping for two days no period is this normal?

Birth control pills: Birth control pills are designed to be taken once per day for the entire month not just for 5 days. If you use them correctly then one expects a period at the end of the pack. If you take them in another manner then the menstrual cycle will not come at the expected time.
