I have fmf, 2 y/ago i was diagnosed with uc. my pelvis area lymph nodes started become big. i have rectal and abdominal pain every day. and pain on lymph nodes. test results are clear for lymphs. gi says its not from uc. i dont know what to do?

Complex problem: Familial mediterranean fever (FMF) is a complex disorder. Your symptoms may or may not be due to FMF. There's no way a forum like this can address these issues. Keep working with your own doctor(s). Good luck!
