Perindopril 4 mg + amlodipine 5 mg morning amlodipine 5 mg evening or perindopril 4 mg + amlodipine 5mg morning s-amlodipine 5 mg evening which is better combination & which will have less side effects? or makes no difference for high bp in obese?

No real : difference. You may want to ask your prescribing physician to see if you can take 10 mg of amlodipine and 8 mg of Perindopril: excellent medications to control BP. as you stated.
