Unlikely : A murmur is a sign of a heart valve(s) problem, or an abnormal blood flow inside heart , not a disease or a disorder itself. Some valve diseases can be a cause of chest tightness / pain, however rare, given this symptom you need to see your doctor or go to the ER to sort it out, it may be your airways not your heart, wish you wellness
