My husband is struggling with sinus,cold and if he takes any medicine like sinutab,spasmed for his back he wakes up with something swollen up last night he woke up with a swollen lip. (only took sinutab) previously it was his hand. his ankle?

Swelling: Edema of lip, then hand and then ankle sounds like something more that a sinus problem. I would be suspicious of some type of allergic reaction.
