I have cramps/ aching in my ovary (both sides)/across bladder area.. urine test said no infection. no bleeding feels like period cramps but i dont have periods as on pill. i had a smear test 4 days ago could it be that that's caused it?

Pelvic cramping ?'s: Cramping across the lower abdomen while on oral bcp's most likely represents a pelvic infection. See your gyn physician for a culture and blood testing to be certain of the cause.
