Pain: bile duct inflammation; gallstones; cancer; angina; heart attack; pneumonia;shingles gastritis; hepatitis; kidney infection, stone or cancer; hiatal hernia; pancreatitis, peptic ulcer, pericarditis; liver hemangioma or abscess; fecal impaction; bowel obstruction & injury. It is best to have chronic abd pain evaluated. Severe abd pain = er.
