Needs urgent w/u : Looking at the history, there is a long list of D/D from Ureteric Calculi to appendicitis, to Acute PUD, Obviously this patient should go to ER for a w/u.. Pain on the left might indicate large bowel problems while pain on the right could suggest issues in or around the intestine. Good history and examination is important in this instance followed by US/ CT Abd/and blood work is nessacary.
