Belly button pain: Hi, pretty hard to answer extremely specifically via telemedicine, but most likely musculoskeletal or soft tissue cause, but you always need to be careful about appendicitis or umbilical hernia ... only way to figure that out is go visit a doctor in person and have him/her palpate your belly and do a complete history & physical exam ... hope you feel better soon.
