Can i use acc100 corenza and sophylex together. i have a cough with a tight chest. wheezy. and a post nasal drip?

Meds: Corenza contains acetaminophen, pheylephrine and vitamin C. Sophylex contains ammonium chloride, etofylline and theophylline. The phenylephrine and theophylline can act synergystically to raise BP or hear rate. Would be careful if you have a blood pressure problem or heart condition.
