I have random yet sudden chest pains occasionally. theyll occur out of nowhere, they are moderately painful. it hurts when i press on it. i think its acid reflux but i just want a doctors perspective.

Musculo skeletal : It is possible that the pain is musculo skeletal in nature. Try localized heat and Motrin. If that does not help, please see your PCP. For heartburn, you may use over the counter treatment and avoid spicy foods.
