Spotting at 30w ?'s: Spotting at 30w pregnancy may be due to marginal placental location over the cervical canal, since the weight of the pregnancy at 30w may force slight cervical dilation. See your OB if this continues, for a pelvic ultrasound to r/o a marginal "placenta previa".
